You have no idea... to get the excited at 12:30 pm on New years day, one of the first, then spend the next hour trying to get the link to work... (then checking on and off for the next few days every hour)

Then getting excited a few days later for another email, then spending more time trying to get that one to work....

The piece de resistance is knowing that it's right there in the email, someone just has to do the simple thing and switch my video from private to unlisted... it's. Right. There...arghhh.

Looks like we're just gonna have to hire some hackers.

I'm glad you got to see your video! From what I've heard so far they're all very silly and cute. [I refuse to watch anyone else's until I see mine] I still haven't gotten an e-mail at all. Neither has Pat. I'm very impatient so it kinda sucks, I wish this was the kinda thing they made sure they sent everyone's out at the same time. It's weird how some people had no problems at all, and others (like Tusk) have had nothing BUT problems.

Certainly hope some of us weren't forgotten. I know there are a few people that Haley never did the social media shout out for.

I never got the social media ( I chose FB) shout out either - but she did start following me on Twitter around that time, so I didn't worry about it.

Yeah..I feel bad for some people. I don't think she realizes it though. I think she'd feel terrible if she actually knew multiple people's requests were never fulfilled after donating their money to her.

I don't think she knows you guys didn't get your videos. I also think she would feel terrible if she knew. She must have made the video and left it up to her techie guy to deliver them. Lucky Tusk emailed Harry to let him know some of the videos couldn't be seen. Maybe we need to let Harry know some still haven't been delivered.

Im sure it was Haley's honest intention to make sure all the videos went out to the donors. I feel bad for you guys.

Yeah…it really makes no sense to have spread out delivering them over the coarse of going on 4 days now. You'd think they'd have em done by now. Unless the person she hired to do the job is really lazy. I wish she had gotten on Twitter today, I tweeted her about the Mo Collins thing and said wish I could go, also said I hope I get my thank you video soon.

But that's the problem and why I'm sparing with how much I email Harry other than congratulations or to tell him of a video. Needless to say, there's been a lot that's gone on behind the scenes, I'm not sure Haley would appreciate hearing bad news from her Father too often. As well meaning as it might be, I don't think it's wise to work things out with Haley through her Dad. Eventually, Haley needs to work her way through the process, learn from the good AND the Bad

I let Harry know of the initial glitch, we know the person on 'the other end', the tech, has received and responded to emails, so there's someone assigned to the task that you can communicate with.... basically we have to let the process work itself out, for now...

I might add, I'm astounded, this day and age of cloud storage and Dropbox, how something as simple as delivering a digital file through an email or Youtube, can be so badly executed? Especially for a 'tech'

Yeah, you can only say so much before it's too much. We'll just have to wait and see (unfortunately) as if we haven't waited long enough. I'm just being greedy though. I WANT IT AND I WANT IT NOW! LOL I'm going to be so beyond excited whenever the e-mail finally pops up in my inbox. It might be useful if Tusk Pat and I send her a tweet or two every few days in hopes she'll be on Twitter soon and see just in case that might help.

Yeah, I know. Dont want to bother Harry. Just the thought popped up in my head, that when you notified him initially he got right on it with Haley. but she was home then for the holidays. And the tech did respond to my email when I sent it through Indigogo.

It might be useful if Tusk Pat and I send her a tweet or two every few days in hopes she'll be on Twitter soon and see just in case that might help.
