Watching these Room 5 videos makes me wonder if Haley is starting to take on the role of Caseys Haberdasher, he is starting to clean up quite well & their attire color coordinates nicely. Cudo's to everyone who down loaded these clips they are a blessing for not just current Haliens but future ones who will find them in the YouTube ether. I haven't posted in a while but I am still an active follower of Haley's career and still a big fan of her sound and stye. I had to pass along my kudo's to the LA Haliens and the great and timely vids. Haley's voice sounded great, loved the new song and can't decide my favorite.

Since we haven't seen her perform in a while it struck me that her look and sound seems to have grown and matured. She and Casey sure have chemistry that's hard to deny. When I watch her perform with him, it always seems that an unexpected dimension surfaces, like the hand trumpet or the My Cake scatting and eating (from Stage it). It's hard to describe, but it almost seems like she is more confident and relaxed when Casey is there.

It's hard to know how her solo career is going (she was working on her "next" album last year at this time), but eventually you gotta believe they are going to do some touring together.

It was a great night! Haley was so sweet as usual!

It was nice to talk to her, first thing I mentioned was how good their new song was.

Another artist was playing and we were trying to be quiet, Haley leaned in really close to me Stephanie & Juanita and told us all the details about her dream that the song is based on, which is pretty cool I'm not going to post exactly what it was about though because I feel like she was genuinely letting us in on the details

Everyone then went outside, which is where we took some of our pictures. It was Stephanie's idea to take a selfie of just me her and Juanita and see if it would make Haley or Casey come over to us, and her plan worked. Casey took the camera and took the big selfie picture that Haley ran over to be in (I didn't even realize she was in the pictures until after we had taken them, haha)

It was also Haley's idea for me her & Steph to do a Charlie's Angels pose.

We said a few words about the music video, she thanked us all for contributing. I told her if she needs any help mailing out all the stuff I will lick allllll the envelopes for the perks she has to send out. Juanita said I'll lick the envelopes and she'll put the stamps on, it would be like an assembly line. Haley said "You better watch what you say because I might take you up on that!" I was like..."I'm down! We'll come over!". LOL.

She thanked us all for coming. It was nice finally seeing her after 5 months

Oh, I also overheard her telling people she's definitely going to be having more shows like this coming up soon. And I think she means "shows like this" as in small LA area venues, for now.

I guess that "real soon" is an improvement from just "soon".

Rachel, Thanks for sharing your stories and videos of Haley. Love hearing all the details. We all appreciate it. I wish Haley was coming to Chi town on Friday with Casey for his gig here.
