The fireworks don't stand out in this video because it's short and vertically oriented. But I think it's safe to say this is a location where people go to view the area's fireworks from above.
I once worked in a high-rise in downtown Dallas. For the 4th of July, I went to the office to view the fireworks. It wasn't that impressive. Many were far off. There was a big display downtown but the view from the tower wasn't as good as from the ground near the Trinity river.
I now live near a Dallas country club. They put on one of the big displays in the city. Tonight, I could hear and feel the explosions while sitting in my house. The finale is always impressive, but I missed it tonight (I have to be on the upper floor to see it).
