In this interview Haley characterizes her new album a bit differently. Around 1:30 she remarks that "now I'm kind of feeling these heavy, real ballads and spreading out into maybe more psychedelic stages, too....I don't know quite where it will end up...." Those are new twists.

Touring plans? Sez that musically she wants to get into the LA scene more.

The content of the "new album" seems to be evolving.

That really was a great interview. I remember saying in 2012 when Hollywire interviewed her for the Listen Up! album, it was great to see the the interviewer actually be a fan of Haley's. Looks like that interest hasn't gone away Smile

When I listen to Haley's comments about the next album I get a flashback to the "find your lane" issues on AI. Haley likes it all and it seems she hasn't decided exactly which lane(s) she is going to travel in her next album. The SMYM video nails her down to at least one song for release. Perhaps it's reception will help her decide on what else she puts out. She does stay with the 60s throwback concept.

From the unreleased songs I heard I didn't really feel that much of a 60's throwback as much as just damn good classic music & lyrics.
