Excellent, Rachel and thank you.... I'm the same as you, sometimes racked by immobilizing anxiety. Before this whole 'Shindig' I was pretty much a shut in, had difficulty in social situations, usually the guy in the corner, alone, sipping on his coke at parties.... Hell, it took forever to be able to post pics of myself... Of course that changed when I knew I would meet the Social Media savy Ms Cloves in Vegas (and her twittering/Instagramming/Vining/ etc... ), I knew I'd be in there somewhere, and it didn't turn out half bad

The 'cure' it seems, is to be around people who are positive, supportive and genuine. I discovered that on my trips to see Haley and meeting other fans of Haley excited to enjoy her music together, a whole other, positive community. "All of a sudden" () I found myself 'diving in', introducing myself, introducing others to each other, feeling at home with people I had just met.

We are in the same boat in that respect and have apparently found that the "Haley" experience has helped mend these wounds. She may not fully understand the many ways how seeing her positivity and outlook have lead the way for some of us to enjoy the life that was previously hidden from us before.

It is why I have such energy to try and bring this kind of inspiration to others through spreading the word about Haley

Haha! That's exactly why in the video I said "it may not seem like it"...in a way, it's a very silent disorder at times.

Luckily, when I am around Haley, anxiety is the last thing I am worrying about. Being around her immediately gets rid of any anxiety I may have had. She truly has helped me a lot with it.

And you're right, being around positive people really does help too.

Dear Rachel,

Haley's response to your awesome Happy Birthday Haley video brought tears to my eyes. Even though you are fighting your own battle to live an anxiety free life, you always find time to encourage Haley to fight for her dream in the music industry, and constantly ask other Haliens to post their love and support to Haley on her fan page, and in person at all her live gigs. You are an amazing woman, and Haley is very lucky to always have you in her corner cheering her on, and encouraging all of us Haliens to join you in that fight!!! Thank you Rachel for all you do for not just Haley, but for her family, her friends, and all your fellow Haliens!

Rachel, what a beautiful video you made dear, and what wonderful messages Haley received from all her Haliens, friends, and family! It all touched my heart.
And thank you Rachel for including my message in the video even though I thought I wasn't in it. ... made my heart jump for a minute. hehe

But best part of this whole thing was to read Haley's reaction!! I think this is the longest message she has ever written to us. She was truly touched by the video.
