I'm not on twitter but one of these days I'm gonna join. It's too bad Casey doesn't make it to the east coast on his touring gigs. Your such a big fan of his, he should go to Baltimore just for you.

^^^^ Yes he should haha! At least somewhere in the east. I know people up in Boston who would love to see Casey--but he hasn't been up there at all. I do have a small hope because Crystal Bowersox is playing Baltimore next month and they have the same manager. I would rather he go back to the Annapolis venue though--I like it there. I would def go back to NYC if he came there. The best would be both Casey & Haley come east. I've only seen Haley live at the idol tour.

I will tweet one pic out to him and see if I can post the rest of them on his FB. I want to give u credit--since I'm sure he knows you by name from meeting you in Chicago.

Great pics and vids guys, thanks. That's pretty cool that Naima came for the show, that's a really nice pic of her and Casey. I also love the pics of Casey with Steve and with Penny. I enjoyed watching those vids too, Casey shows are always fun. Jacob is an incredible sax player, and Taylor ain't no slouch either. You never know what to expect in a Casey show, the between songs banter always gets the crowd smiling and then they crank out a killer tune. Cracked me up when Casey started drinking other peoples drinks. Really enjoyed all that, thanks again!

Playing on his back demonstrates really good breath support (also shown when he played very softly). The trumpeter Maynard Ferguson used to do that way back in the day -- or so my Mother told me. I wonder if Jacob heard of that -- or how many musicians have been doing that in the decades since Ferguson did it.

Haley's tweet makes me think she may be making a special appearance at the Stageit tonight! I hope someone tapes it. I'm gonna try to watch it on my phone--but don't know if that will work that well

^^Although the email yesterday could be misinterpreted, I still think that the strategy was smart. I didn't receive the today's version, which does seem strange. I'm quite certain that I've purchased tickets to all of Casey's StageIt shows. (It seems to me that the email would be sent to those who have "virtually" attended.)

I don't think he strategized it, I think he simply used his account when they did their last Stageit and forgot to change the settings to remove Haley's name from it.

Also, seems a little underhanded, the show is "pay what you can", so I doubt he'd 'bait and switch'

That's probably true -- but ultimately, he did reach a larger audience as a result.
