He's going to try, he thought it was the following week

I texted a couple friends about it, but haven't heard a response from them

I even looked up going by train, but that was impractical, half as expensive over 20 hrs to get there

I've worked up a couple free trips, but I'd prefer to keep them for something special, maybe on the east coast, especially that we don't really know what to expect (though I suspect it will be awesome) nor do we know how much or how long her participation will be
