I've gained a decent number of PMJ followers since Haley joined PMJ on the tour, both on Twitter and Instagram, (not a HUGE number, a bump at least, I don't get that much action on those accounts), but it seems PMJ fans are using my YT channel to search out Haley performances, 30+ new YT followers since the PMJ show in London . Last time I looked, a couple days ago? I had 778K lifetime views. As of today, I'm fewer than 2,000 views away from the 800K lifetime view plateau...currently 798,256 views...

Who'd a thunk I'd be this close to a million lifetime views when I started the channel 2 1/2 years ago?

As PMJ has gained new fans among Haliens, at least according to my YT Analytics, many PMJ fans are becoming Haliens

I tend to rely on views more than subscribers. I don't understand the real impact of subscribers because I don't see the impact of subscribers. You would think that if I have that many subscribers and they are alerted when I post a new video, there shouldn't be that many videos w/ fewer than 1000 views, yet I have many. The B&W Berlin "Habits" video, posted 1 week ago, still has fewer than 1000 views, and I know many have watched it more than once...

Views on the other hand, count only if it's viewed for a period of time. I don't think the view counts if you just glance at it for a view seconds. Seems views is a better metric of popularity because I don't see the subscriber number impacting the number of views a new video gets

Habits was where I got a HUGE bump, not so much from this AATB, though it did stop a downward trend in my analytics...although if those FB viral views you posted about in the PMJ threads is accurate, that might mean I might see another spike.

I get that. I have subscribed to YT channels but I never see the alerts. I don't even know where they go -- perhaps to a google email that I set up because google forced me to, but I never look at it. I have started seeing alerts on YT when someone responds to a comment I've made. There are so many alerts etc. from so many sources I don't pay attention to most of it.

So who told Haley she could have the week off?!? Tweaker time for Haliens! Seriously, the past few weeks have been so fun to see Haley on an actual tour, in Europe no less, with such a cool, well-received troupe, and with her soul-bud no less. . . .plus seeing XAtlantic’s dream come true! I actually went to bed the other night with HF pages unread, intentionally saving some for the next day like a morsel of caviar to be relished later. [Yeah, I’m pretty easy to shop for!] And that brings me to my own need to express a bunch of gratitude to all of you who did the heavy lifting to make this vicarious hitchhike possible.

Miguel—Without this forum and all the work you do in relative obscurity to keep it working so well, Haley’s career would be so much harder to track, and you manage to keep it so respectful. Thank you in epic measure!

Rachel—It is clear that the vast array of projects you do for Haley is absolutely a labor of love! “The Video,” the card, the http://haleyreinhartnews.com/, the many great videos you have shot and posted from your sweet YT channel. . . . especially that video from Lancaster/////Oh wait . . . . never mind  . . . The current iteration of HRNews is an incredible pic/video journal of Haley’s Europe, and will entertain for a long while! Uberly grateful for all the “continued” effort. (‘continued’ as in don’t stop now! . . . She’s just about to launch!)

Tusk—It seems like such a ‘duh’ thing to offer a mere ‘thank you’ for all the fun you provide, not only from your video/audio/graphics work, but also for your ubiquitous on-site color commentary . . . and all at your own expense, with your own expensive gadgetry. (and we’re really looking forward to some killer drone footage in the near future. Ha!) You, too, have such an awesome YT channel replete with probably every extant video Haley has ever made, including many she didn’t even know she was making! (. . . and probably still doesn’t!) I don’t often spend a lot of your time on here with written comments, cuz y’all are so much better and faster posting every thought I might have, anyway. And I’m enriched by them all. I wish I would have written this. So many people to thank for all that they do for us fans. This has been an epic couple of weeks with all of the Haley coverage.

I subscribed to one YouTube Channel, the one Haley posted SMYM to, no wonder why I haven't received an alert? LOL

In case you missed it, Back stage, I talked to Haley about adding videos to her You Tube channel. I offered her what ever video she wanted from my Library. She said that was a good idea. She mentioned she liked "Dream a little Dream of Me", I mentioned "Don't Know Why" she said she liked that one too.

Since DALDOM is a slideshow/animated video I made (5th most viewed video on my channel and the most viewed of just Haley singing, the 4 most viewed are all Caley videos)... I'm going to go ahead and post the LIVE performance of that song, again, from two different camera angles, like Don't Know Why

I'm going to reprocess and output the highest resolution files I can to send for her to post, if she wants (she didn't say she would post them, just that I could send them and she'd consider it)

Besides those two, I might send some others that might be worth posting for her to chose from, including her BG Days "What is and What Should Never Be" and Room 5's "All About That Bass" and "Cry Me a River".. and maybe others (Heck I might send all the Room 5 vids, I love those videos ). There are lots of good videos to chose from
