loved this Guurl in Las Vegas. Scott kept saying she is Beyoncé approved & you can see why. It was cute to watch how much she enjoyed Haley. Every time Haley would sing she would be standing on the steps going up to the stage so she could take it all in & both nights when they were performing the Shake It Off final she would stand next to Haley.

As I mentioned in another thread, she really totally impressed me too in Berlin March 8 when she joined the tour for a few days. Absolutely fantastic voice live. Too bad she has no originals recorded as far as I can tell. And same as you mention it was in Berlin as well: it was Haley's first night performing, and I felt that Cristina and Haley were close somehow, or at least really understanding of each other, supporting.

I got that vibe from the Vegas videos. One reason I noticed is that Cristina has such a serious look in the videos, but she was touchy and laughing when I saw her around Haley.

Also look at the view counts of other songs..... in a 'normal' month my most viewed video might get 4k-6k views.... my 4th most viewed vid this month has 13k+!!!

Less than 17,000 views until 1,000,000 Lifetime views!!

That is great to hear, Tusk. Your preparation is paying off. I guess I have to get used to the fact that Haley is inclined to let her singing speak for itself. As the world gets excited and her videos are blowing up, she lies low. IMO, that makes your efforts, as well as those of others who have posted videos, all the more important for people looking to further discover Haley and her music.

Well, my rapidly dwindling bank account might say luck has nothing to do with it, however, what's happened once I get there, those things have been largely due to luck

There've been changes in my situation, not for the better, so I'm going to take the opportunities where I can to see Haley while I can. The past 3 years' oddysey I've set upon have given me a lifetime of memories, but they haven't come cheap

Tusk, I apologize for my insensitivity earlier. Yes, you've made choices that, at the time you could make. Had the Haley ride come at a different time for me, I might have made similar choices.

Oh dear MAE, I'm sorry that your office will be so busy during the time PMJ will be cruising thru your neck of the woods. Your asking for quite a lot Miss MAE by requiring Haley, Casey and Jacob to show up for you to attend the show. LOL Don't know if you will win on that one. Tongue
I do wish Haley would just announce when she is appearing with PMJ so people can make plans to attend the shows or not. Being a fan for so long, don't see how you could miss seeing Haley sing if she does perform in Seattle though. Good luck!

Babbs, thanks for your sympathy. I work in the office where the outgoing applications for research funding and the subsequent incoming awards flow through: June is one of the highest volumes for (outgoing) research proposals and it's also the end of the state fiscal year, so awards have to be pushed through. In many respects, it doesn't really change much (meaning that each month has its own version of hellaciousness), but in June, every year it's at it's worst.

Between that and knowing that even if Haley is there, if Casey isn't, then I will likely have to endure more of Von???? or someone like him (I'd could handle Mykal - he's hyper, but truly musically good). I'm not willing to have to be polite about Von -- something that age -- well, age and good taste -- gives me the right to do.

People might be getting a little tired of my reports, but "Creep" O2 (and the PMJ video)'s impact has been so significant... I was expecting a 'bump' from Habits (a little underwhelming), but the 'bump' from "Creep" O2 is a Jet Propelled BOOST. I mean according to that graphic, in 28 days, my vids were added to playlists 1268 times, my videos have been viewed almost 200K times, and almost half a million minutes have been spent watching videos on my channel....

I know these numbers are nothing compared to so many channels, but it took me 2 years to get 2,000 subscribers... I just gained more than 1/4 (currently 3842) of my total subs in just a month!!

Dizzying numbers and so pleased we have something for new fans to follow up their Haley WTF moments to fill their new desire to find out more content about her

I'd like to think the 'lying low' is Haley adding more "Irons to the fire"

Well, I think it shows that your purpose of promoting Haley is leading somewhere. Building slowly, coming strong, to carry forward. I think it makes a difference that people who's interest has been raised have places to go to.

Tusk, I recall you posting stats that included % of total views as well as % of total viewing time for specific videos. The Creep video had a larger "% time" relative to it's % of views, which indicated that people were viewing it longer than the average video, no?

Not sure what they mean, but there are 2 graphs for the length of the video, The Absolute and Relative graphs....

So according to the Relative Graph, "Creep" O2 retains it's viewers an Above Average amount of time throughout the video, compared to similarly lengthed videos on Youtube

And another interesting analytic which shows the average percentage, how long "Creep" is viewed per country



Looks like the Taiwanese stay almost through most of the video, at a whopping 91%!!
