Scott has stated a few times that PMJ doesn't make a practice of releasing line up information until right before the tour, so unless the individual artist confirms it, we won't know (although Haley recently appears to confirm to a Tweeter that she will be in Pittsburgh)

RE PMJ in Vegas, I have to help my Mom out on NYE, but i thought I could look up the prices for Jan 1, fly there to make the evening show, but the prices were still jacked up for the New Year's season, and w/o knowing if Haley will be there I decided against it

(although would Haley pass a chance to celebrate New Year's in Vegas?)

I will also be at the PMJ show w/ some friends in LA on the 11th. I have tickets for Seattle for the 15th as well, but since Haley will be in Wheeling for her Jazz teacher the 16th, it's likely she'll skip PMJ's Seattle show for the second time this year

So I'm crossing my fingers that she will be in LA :/

Just noticed that Bruno Mars is also scheduled to perform at the COSMO on New Year's Eve, so if Haley is there maybe their paths will cross?

I just looked at the prices for Vegas again, they seemed to have lowered?? ... so maybe... just it would be a big disapointment to strike out 3 times in the Haley Lottery, Seattle, LA then Vegas
(already struck out last Seattle show too, but got to go to Laguna instead, so that's a wash )
