I think her tweet was for some other context (like listening to Haley music during music theory class) because I think she does take music theory. I think it was just an odd tweet tagging Haley that Haley liked, like this one, which Haley also favorited:

"Not only is it free and everyone gets to come on by, all the neighborhood cats, but we're right on the Mississippi river and it's a beautiful view and everyone gets to soak up the view and the food and the music," American Idol star Haley Reinhart said.

Reinhart joined the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra to rock out some jazzy versions of Led Zeppelin and Queen, but was blown away by the flavor the Quarter has to offer.

"It's by far, the coolest city, I think, and I come from a cool city, Chicago, but I live in LA and that's a cool place, but there's nothing quite like New Orleans and it's originality. You guys are super authentic in every aspect, and I really dig it," Reinhart said.

Many thanks to Rob Krieger for these samples of Haley's concert today!

It is so cool to see this new bit of added swag she seems to have! She looks and sounds like somebody who has been blowing up the internet for the past week, and who is the newly-crowned Queen of downloaded jazz! I hope she took some time to read all the affirming comments about her; few human beings ever get that volume of gushing in a lifetime! Thankfully, she does not have a diva cell in her body. But she is so deserving to finally get some love and rave reviews for the gift she has and for what she is doing with it!
