Actually, if you listen to the studio, it's not a thing like Haley's. (Although my guess is that the idea came from the PMJ originally.)
The PMJ arrangement is significantly better. There's too much instrumentals and backup singers in a way that completely changes the mood of the song in Kim's version. And I love Kimberly, and I thought she was great..but..I guess I'm more protective over that song than I ever thought. 
That being said, I'd caution people about harrassing the artists on The Voice specifically. It's completely possible (and likely) that Kim had absolutely no idea that Haley had done a jazz version of the song, and rather she was told that she was going to sing Creep and she was told she was going to do more of a jazz rendition. So kudos to Scott for calling out The Voice on taking the idea, but it's very likely (considering I don't think Christina Aguilera watches youtube videos in her spare time..and my guess is Kim doesn't have time in her 16 hour days) that neither Christina or Kim knew where the idea came from.
It's unfortunate, but I'd be willing to bet that PMJ and Haley see a bump in views, even without the credit.

Just shaming her, pointing out to Idol media that Scott asked for credit... stuff everyone else was doing.. surprised when I found myself blocked seconds after which she posted credit to Haley

I don't get this fired up normally, but plagiarism is one of those cardinal rules as an artist.. you earn something by someone else's work without even a thought to credit? Then you risk being called out on it.... What artist wants to know someone is taking credit and opportunity from your work?
Besides, I didn't say anything agreegious but to call both She and NBC out and also that if they weren't going to give credit, at least the media outlets should... I did nothing wrong or hurtful... it's OK for her to take credit for someone else's work and not get called on it?
Shame is at least an opportunity for her to learn something.... and besides, if she can take the credit, she can also take the lessons from the backlash and hopefully knows better in the future
