Creep has dropped to #2 and #40 on the itunes jazz chart. By having Creep available now as a cut off the album it competes with itself, which probably cuts into the sales of the single.

After reading the comments that continue to roll in on Creep on the impact of this song on the listener I still have hope that it will be THE song that really can exand Haley's presence outside Halien-land (thanks john and others!). I continue to listen to it at least once each day and I can't believe the legs on this version. It may take 4-6 months before the impact is signitficant but I think it can happen.
IMO one of Haley's biggest advantages (maybe her greatest) is that her voice is recognizable... and multiple listens of Creep should really help get her voice out there.

I think it is super smart what Haley is doing, kind of like the acapello part of HOTRS (letting it soak in).
Your right, when you say that her voice is recognizable, and performing now more in front of different audiences will give more people the opportunity to say " I discovered her before she got big", which will make for a strong fan base down the road. People will have a feeling of ownership in her success rather than the feeling that she was pushed up on us by the music industry.
She is setting herself up for long lasting career.
