With two more days to go before two weeks, ICHFILWY is already the fourth most popular song on Haley's spotify, and is moving significantly faster than any song Haley has ever released. (Obvious stuff I know, but still fun to see.)

Backtracking...

On April 2nd, Parker added Lorde’s single “Royals” to Hipster International...Six days later, “Royals” debuted on the Spotify Viral Chart...Steve Savoca and his Spotify team began promoting Lorde throughout the platform and featured her on the Spotify homepage. By May Lorde was already number one on Spotify’s Viral Chart

it wasn’t until June that traditional radio began to play “Royals.” Fast forward to today, Lorde’s music has been streamed 100 million times on Spotify (not to mention 92 million views just for “Royals” on Youtube) and is number one on the Billboard Hot 100

The awesome thing about Spotify is it will introduce those people to other Haley tunes if they simply click on her name. All of her songs will be there, so at some point I'll have to take a look and see if there's any significant movement on any other song.

(Like, for instance, I still believe that "Oh My" could have been a summer hit, and it was ridiculous that they didn't go with it instead of "Free" ..)

I know they love H.E.R. in Ireland. When I picked up the Reinhart's when they flew back from Ireland last fall they told me that Haley was worshipped as a Queen when they went to an Irish restaurant where a large band was playing and they recognized her and serenaded her.
