It's a shame the preview was taken down but if not for XAtlantic, we wouldn't have gotten to hear the preview or even known about it. So thank you Xeee.

I loved the sound of the song ( at least what we could hear of it) with the background vocals and everything. I thought it sounded like Haley definitely had a hand in what the final product should sound like! Can't wait for the video too!

That's right, a 'cached' page is like a residual link where the page is stored in 'cyberspace' for a period of time, but will eventually go away

When you do a google search for a page that might be gone, sometimes Google will offer a 'cached' version so you can still look at it but the links may not work anymore

We have heard many versions of Better, that's for sure. And with all of the recording and editing that you've done Tusk, I bet you have heard it more than most of us. But I couldn't resist, I did listen to the sample. I loved what I heard, and can't wait for the full song, and I the EP!

Thanks for the heads up airhigh. The music is brassier than it has been in previous versions and stronger overall. Some nice guitar work. I like the changes. Haley also adds some subtle sultry changes to the vocal.

In this clip of Better, I love that her voice wasn't smoothed over or...not quite sure how to describe it, but a lot of Listen Up! they seemed determined to get rid of the grit and rasp that make Haley so recognizable. It was too smoothed out so that it hid some of the facets and tricks she uses to convey emotion. I've never been the song Betters biggest fan, but I must admint I love this 90 seconds of the studio version!! Her voice but also the music is just wow! So much bluesy-ness I'm loving it.
