We got so many good HD videos from that show, plenty of gorgeous cap possibitlities. That's mostly why I was disapointed with the less than HD quality of my videos. I was hoping to take some good HD resources from it, but not clear enough for me to use

....Himm2's camera must be pretty expensive, even many smartphone's take better movies than mine seems to.

Also, Harry's bluesy contribution made those performances unique. It was an easy inspiration
(Don't forget it was about a year ago, Harry played with Haley on AI in front of millions)

Johnny doesn't seem to get much chance to showcase his uniqueness the way Keith has, and that's maybe because of the genre. I hope Johnny gets a chance to add his unique flourishes to Haley's songs during the tour. Haley + Guitar =

Ahhh were I 20 yrs younger ......if we've learned anything, it seems anything to do with Haley comes out unique and beautiful .... Thanks for the Moment of fantasy LOL

When I first thought about posting my Haley related images (The red lipstick Icon I put on the shirts was my first) I had real issues with people taking it and making it their own. The First time I posted it, someone took it, "Improved it" and reposted it asking everyone else what they thought of the new "changes" .... (It was unthinking fandom, they apologised afterwards, but it was a bummer nontheless).

I have a very thin understanding of copyright, trademark and registeration laws, but I figure, since I have the original art (date stamped when I created it) and I have them posted online, with enough people seeing it, that I would have no trouble proving the work was mine.

Of course, now I don't know how to proceed that I'm sort of on the other end of it. It seems like the shirt with the icon has got a positive response and I'm thinking of making them available for purchase if people are interested...maybe at Lollapalooza. The 'problem' is, Haley's stature has grown, making her image/identitiy a commodity. So her 'people' would not look kindly on using her likeness for any kind of sales, even fan sale....

If anyone has a better knowledge of image rights laws I would appreciate input? My best chance is if Haley and the Reinharts give me their blessing, but it might be out of their hands and up to their representation.....any info would be helpful thnx.

I looked at a few of the vids and Himm2's had the best resolution (I'm a little of a 'detail snob'. In Photoshop the better the detail in the source image, the more creative you can be with it)

I also couldn't find a part with both Harry and Haley together on screen that I liked, so I simulated it. Haley's image was from a separate part of the vid than Harry's image... ahhh the magic of PhotoShop illusion )

Met her in D.C. at the Lincoln memorial. She was really cool and laid-back. Talked to us for a while and seemed genuinely interested in us being fans. Even my girlfriend said she was such a sweetheart. :-)
