Airhigh and I are here in beautiful and historic Petaluma waiting with great anticipation for Haley's first solo headline tour. We're going to meet up with Ken later tonight. This is a quaint early american community with multiple gift stores, local cuisine, art and mom and pop businesses. We've taken some still pictures of the Mystic Theater marquee with Haley Reinhart's name boldly displayed. We plan on giving our SD cards to Tusk if he would like to post for all the Haliens. The Mystic theater is unique that it has an old style bar and cafe right next door which we will, of course, satiate later (airhigh's word). It seats 450 and the bartender/ticketmaster said as of tonight 300 have been sold.
I flew to Salt Lake City and airhigh picked me up at the airport and graciously gave me a tour of downtown. I was totally surprised at the beauty of the mountains surrounding the city with their snow caps still sparkling in June. The wide streets and cleanliness and the gorgeous architecture impressed me. We toured Temple Square and its lovely landscaping along with the well designed and laid out City Center marketing district. We spent the first night at airhigh's house and left the next morning for Petaluma with a stop over in Reno last night after a 560 mile drive which airhigh has traveled many times. He loves to drive. It was a pleasurable and very scenic journey. It was only a 4 hour trip from Reno to Petaluma over the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains this morning. We've been walking the streets of Petaluma admiring the ambiance and tranquility of downtown while waitng for Ken to drive in from San Francisco. Haley couldn't have picked a better place to start her tour.
After here we will go to San Francisco and LA and we will keep you posted.

You took me on a little journey, supported by me having been there years ago (the wide skies of the American West never leave the soul once you've seen them, I think).
And what a night! It is amazing how quiet it is - tonight Haley will start her first solo tour with her own music, starting into the long-awaited next level of this fantastic journey! She is entering her own stream, and will sail! Thanks for taking me along with that little report.
