Just back from the Petaluma tour stop. What a pleasure to experience Haley with other Haliens, including ISCAT4HALY, AirHigh, Ken and Tom. There were many other Haliens at the show (including some who didn’t know they were!). I think the word we were all left with after the show was SPEECHLESS. Haley was amazing and her band was just fantasitic. After the show Tom mentioned Stevie Nicks, and I think the comparison is just so appropriate. She is really in her element, and the ‘rocker chick’ was in full force tonight. I gave my SD chip to ISCAT4HALEY, so hopefully it might be of some use to document her first solo concert.

Greetings Haliens from the chicken capital of the good old USA, Petaluma Ca. where egg production was so important the incubator was invented to expedite production. Not only that the electronic amplifier was invented in Petaluma as well. Eggs we may pass over but what Halien could survive without a modern sound systems at Haley's gigs?  
Last night was a dream. You can expect excellence at all of Haley's performances but the musicians who are surrounding Haley this time bring this concert to a whole new level. You could hear the thump as jaws hit the floor. Jacob Luttrell's opening was totally unexpected, at least for me, think Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles, who he covered, he is that good and that is not an exaggeration. It was good to see John Notto again, he is so good. Ray Moore her drummer really understands Haley's style, his percussion along with the new bass guitarist Thomas Drayton give Haley's first tour a synergy that was way beyond our expectations. The harmonies when the band sang with Haley added a lot to the full effect as well. Haley is sooo good if any of you haven't seen her live, hawk the furniture, sell the boat, the ATV's whatever, and run to the closest concert near you. She is that good folks and this time she really is that much "Better" light years beyond the first time we watched her live in Las Vegas, and she was out of sight then. She had the crowd graveling at her feet and screaming for more at the end of this concert. The love she has for her music and her fans exudes from her soul and fills the venue to the brim.
Well on to San Francisco, see YOU there!!!!
