Haley 'hinted' her new PMJ video during the show....I thought I misheard her, but it's on video....it might not be the one this Thursday, but we'd be hearing it 'soon' I tweeted about, but deleted it to keep the 'surprise' for one more day

I was definitely surprised when I first heard her hint it as a 'sampler' during the show, if what she hinted came to be

How many days in advance did you guys receive your VIP instructions? I bought tickets for this Friday and it's Wednesday now and my instructions still haven't come!

You might try calling the venue. LiveNation lists their phone number as: (313) 961-8961.

The notice is apparently supposed to be sent by the venue. Some haven't been. Some have arrived days before, others the morning of the event, still others late in the day of the event. JMT noted the details for his event were posted to the venue's website, not emailed.

For the Petaluma show I checked the venue's website the morning of the show and they had it posted on their website-- to arrive at 6:15p (the show start time was set at 8:30p). It's a good thing I checked, otherwise I might have showed up too late-- I had to dive up from the City in bad traffic. I might have been the only one to know the time.

Tusk commenting on the subject earlier in this thread:

Bit of frustrating situation... I called the Belly Up in SD 3 times, they had nothing on the agenda before the show...said it was Haley's management's responsibility to give them that info, so....

I emailed Derek, he never replied, so.....

I saw Derek and Haley's tour manager at the Merch table last night and told them again...they were shocked, said it was actually the Belly Up that should know, as they were the ones selling the tickets (as opposed to Ticketmaster etc)... she took my phone number and told me she would text me the VIP starting time (nothing yet Tongue)

The folks in SF never got notice, just showed up 2 hours ahead of the show, Cecilia talked to some people who went to Petaluma, they never got notice either. LA, as far as I know, is the only place that emailed notice

But they were late letting us in, supposed to be at 5:30. That's why I thought it was odd that they did pretty much the entire set, about an hour, as we all sat and waited outside...

So be there 3 hours ahead to be safe, but Cecilia said she was 2 hours ahead and they started letting people in...though I'm not sure I'd take the risk of just missing it, myself. I still haven't heard from them about SD, it'll be a two hour drive for me, so I'm going to be leaving around 2pm....

Haley's team seems to think it's the venue/ticket sellers responsibility, Belly Up says it's Haley's mgmt's responsibility, so who knows?
