RE: New Haley Walmart commercial?
Bounce TV about 7PM EST 2 nights ago after credits of an Eddie Murphy movie I've never seen...of which there are many I've discovered.
And yes, cranked it up. Seems to be gaining momentum again, about 100 airings a day after what seemed a major drop off around 8/2-8/3.
As was said earlier, if Walmart was smart they would have followed Extra's lead and prepared to get the entire song ready to roll out if it hit the public's nerve, which apparently it has.
Just can't deny the ability of her voice to "connect" with people. I'm just hoping the next ones let her show off the stronger sides of her voice instead of the "every song we grew up with remade into a wussy version by some wispy, willowy, thin-voiced emo chick?" version referenced in a comment pasted in here earlier.
I'm betting there will more than a couple STRONG placements off What's That Sound. There are just WAY too many possibilities with that song list and us knowing how she performs some of them already.
She's going to surprise some people...not us...we already know.
