The second time he's hinted to me about a previously unknown event. I met Dave and Alex Frank after the PMJ show, December, 2015 in LA, he invited me to see him at Spaghettini (?) but I had to decline because it was on the same day as Greg's BDay party.

I found out after the night of the party, it was where Haley, Casey and PMJ were celebrating their end of tour

Interesting the text listing of the names is in reverse order of the pictures. Maybe a bit of a political balancing act.

Looking at it another way, the items are spreading outward from the 'main attraction' aka Dave/TheNoVacancyOrchestra and has the largest photo... The order of talent is the same going away from Dave in text and photo, yet it pays proper honor of Rydell, putting him at the top and bracketing at the bottom text, as he's probably a good draw for the AC casino crowd.  It's actually a decent line up for an "New Year's Eve" Night on the town  

Design-wise, it's actually a well done, well balanced piece of advertising.  The red in Haley's background makes her's PoP!
