One of the other roles in Holiday Twist is Christina Christmas slotted to be played by Caylee Cowan who Haley follows on IG. Caylee played opposite Nicolas Cage in Willy's Wonderland.

Sounds like it's still quite a ways away. But it also sounds like it could be another great opportunity that Haley has earned. I hope this works out for her. She'll be expanding her acting chops and meeting and working with new contacts in the industry, like Jon Lovitz for instance. Yeah, that's the ticket

The writer/director posted this on IG six weeks ago:

Working like a dog lately for my movie! Feels great and incredible things coming together. I rarely take vacations or time off. Terrible habit! But this year…I plan to finally take 3 days off over the holiday before principal photography begins. Any ideas for quiet holiday warm spots to recharge the batteries?

She doesn't have a lot of experience as a writer/director. However she apparently has a very nice home in Beverly Hills with a great view. So there might be some industry connections. Haley doesn't follow her on IG.

Edit: Her husband had an accounting firm in Ohio that he founded in 1993. He passed away in Feb 2017.
