Karen was the only one of the top Idols whose initial audition was done remotely over MySpace:

IMO, she looks prettier, and younger, with straight hair. She should lose the bushy hair look.
She sang one of her songs in both English and Spanish. Perhaps that was a strategic move to energize Latino voters. If so, I think it was a mistake because she also lost a lot of potential supporters. It might have been effective though if she had waited until later in the competition after she had developed more of a following.
