I just hear a keyboard. I think this might be the equivalent of James doing acoustic versions of his songs and the single will have a full band behind it.

Do you think it would be a bad idea to watch the video before she releases the song? I really want to, but wouldn't want to do anything that would get her in trouble

Someone in the foreground is holding up a phone taking photographs of the performance so I think they knew there was a possibility it was being recorded. Even if they didn't want that to happen, it wouldn't be Haley's fault if it did.

@ArchuletaCrazy did say that Haley also said we should not feel bad or guilty about watching the video, but not to let it spread all over the internet and that she will tweet about it.

I would rather make Haley happy and wait, than to listen to her song now ans disapoint her.

Of course, it was only keyboards, but it doesn't sound like R&Bs Soul to me. It sounded more like Blue Eyed Soul. Nevertheless, whatever it is, I predict that song will be a huge hit. She said she strove for depth in her music, and that song is full of depth. If the remainder of her album is this way, it will be a huge success.
