To be honest, I don't much like Haley's site.
I think it could be more polished.

It's definitely a template that was created especially for professional artists. Nevertheless, whoever the webmaster is sucks. I have built several websites from scratch that I currently manage using Expression Web 4 and without any training whatsoever, I do a much better job than that lame webmaster that does Haley's site.
