please let me know what happens I can't even e-mail them when I do I get a message saying invalid e-mail address. Starting to wonder if I got burned on this purchase.

You might've made the same mistake as me. I made a typo in my order (because I was all hyper and typing too fast and needed to be in the first 500 lol) and didnt get the receipt so I sent an email then too. The lady was very helpful and fixed it for me. Maybe you messed up on yours too

I'll probably get a response soon, so we'll know whats going on

Hopefully not, I would have contacted them right away if I wasn't getting what everyone else was. Your credit card statement will help prove your purchase. If they took your money they owe you some cd's

You could have contacted your credit card company to get info on who took the money and called them directly, since you didn't get a confirmation e-mail

I looked at my statement and Universal music had taken the money out of Tennessee I think tomorrow's another day that's a lot of money to lose. So my question is will I still be able to get the deluxe 14 track at Walmart? Thanks for your help

Certainly you can get it at Walmart. My cd had a walmart sticker on it.

You'll have to wait to track what happened to get the flipbooks and likely they won't be signed. Your CC statement can show when the transaction occured so they will have to send the Delux packages to you but, they will have to get them signed somehow or some alternate compensation. A little sticky there....

Just got the email confirming being shipped today 5-17 via USPS. If Indianapolis is shipping point, I should have mine by Saturday 5-19, maybe the latest will be 5/21. Congrats to everyone for the long haul...what a ride!

Oh, the horror of it all! I did the track and confirm this am and got the same shipping date 5/17, but I got Expected Delivery By May 23, 2012. It is being shipped from Westborough, MA 01581, evidently by mule train.
