I sent an email (responded to order confirmation email address) and they told me that all orders placed before the 13th were shipped on the 17th. A little bit later I got my order shipping confirmation - usps with a 23rd est. arrival date

I thought the first day you could order it was the 14th, that's when I ordered it? I think I remembered reading a blurb about buying before the 13th too, which didn't make sense.

I knew I was one of the earliest to order, but.... I'm still amazed So few seemed to have received it the same time I did. Nobody to share my excitement with

Well I finally made some progress and I tracked down the company that my debit card was billed to. It's called Universal music and they are based out of Tennessee. So when I called them and explained the situation they said, Haley Reinhart is not one of her clients we know nothing about her. Okay, so she gave me another number to call this one is in Los Angeles California the main corporate office. After four different attempts to try to explain my situation I finally got connected to a very kind and sympathetic woman who said you are not the first one with this problem. We get maybe 75 to 100 calls a day,With the problem you are having. So we went on and on and she was trying to explain that Universal is a third-party and has nothing to do with the shipping. So she gave me a list of 800 numbers, six different e-mail addresses, and a direct phone line to the customer complaint department somewhere in Bangladesh. You know what I say about tha ? FU_K That SH-T". So I will wait patiently hoping to get in e-mail confirmation saying that my order has been shipped. And if not, it's a lesson learned. I don't like doing monetary transactions over the Internet. I like to look the person in the eye who is taking my money. I just hope none of you don't have the same problem I'm having. I still love the Hales

I'MA SO HAPPY I COULD CRY!!!!!! and the best part.......I was supposed to work Monday but they switched it to Sunday so I have the whole day off to wallow in all that is HALEY!!

I just tracked mine again and it's in Greensboro, NC now! only 30 miles from Winston Salem, but still says it will deliver monday. At least I have monday and tuesday off work so I can go all OCD on her album!

Update on my CD...looks like one of the mules is not cooperating and now the tracking info says May 24th delivery...
