I noticed that there was some guitarwork being displayed by Mr Noto too ...missing Keith's flares, the keys seem formulaic IMO, but I hope there is more videos of this... LOVE what she did instead of the rap!!

Even though she was able to pull it off at Lolla, that's still a mouthfull to have to perform every time out... I think of having to do the fast part of "You Oughta Know" on Idol....

I'm thinking that part of it, she didn't want to have to do every time....also, this way, she puts away the question of who will do the rap of one of the songs they want as a single, when she performs it live, moving forward

When OH MY was released, there were a lot of people thinking that it was going to be a guaranteed seller because BOB was featured So now we've heard it at lollapalooza and also the small concert. And Haley has done just fine on her own. To me that's just a confirmation that she can do her song without a secondhand.

It's a gamble if she decides to forgo the built in publicity that comes from B.o.B and his market... I think it's a win win if they record it with new lyrics....the fans who already have OM with B.o.B can have theirs and there is a choice for those that want it without the rap....

Still a gamble though

I wonder if she had to clear it with TPTB?
