I kicked my poker buddies out of my house at 11PM to try and catch Harry (who I thought would be the only Reinhart there) and it would have been at 11:30 PM if I called to let you know that Haley just showed up at PS PUB. Would you have been awake then? She took the microphone at about midnight for about 15 minutes and then left.

What a fabulous night with all 4 Reinharts plus I won big playing poker which helped pay for all the Jets Pizza, Portillos chopped salad, Costco salad, munchies, beer, drinks and my wife made a Splenda apple pie and a double layer cake for the 9 poker players.

Sturhart, Haleypalooza, Reinhart by the Lake...it's on!

Yeah! How exciting. Thank you so much Steve for sticking your neck out to get all the info and set it up, you're making this whole thing possible (with the Reinharts of course). Thank you.

Edit to add: I'll arrive late evening (8:30) on Friday, and leaving about that same time on Monday. If anyone is arriving around that time, I'm very happy to give you a ride in my rental car- which I haven't booked yet, looking for a good coupon. I'd like to say I'm willing to share a room with someone, but I need my alone time, especially since I'll be in a lot of crowded spaces during this trip, LOL!

After the set ended Haley & Patti came up and said that Sunday would probably be the best time for a party that they could attend. Haley will be busy with other commitments the rest of the time but Sunday looks open. Haley gave me a hug goodbye as I was mentioning Hawaii (she said "I'll be writing") and then Angie was standing there chatting away with me. They are a family that is never shy to give a hug. On my way out Haley was outside and she gave me a big wave and a super smile and said "Bye Steve" from across the parking lot. As I got in my car HOTRS was playing from my ipod in my car and I turned up the volume as I passed Haley & Patti. Silly me didn't think to bring my good video camera, I only had my cellphone for some photos of The Reinharts singing together which I'll download and post in the morning.

So bottom line: this Labor Day Party Weekend is a go for sure.

^^Those are two wonderful videos!! Haley's voice is in fine form and the band sounds tight. I really love the smokey quality that Patti's voice has.

(By the way, I am as sick as a dog right now and only got up to check Haleyfans. I'm going back to bed now.)
