I will not be able to attend. My wife was recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer and is in the midst of aggressive treatment.

There's 5 Haliens that we haven't heard from in awhile about this Haley Shindig/pre-birthday party weekend after they initially confirmed they were in or most likely in: RTBaker, Swansteel, Buzzenator, Miguel, coolnebguy, and Blue22HR. Any new info from you folks or will you signup closer to Labor Day? Anybody new ready to jump on the Haley/Midnight bandwagon?

Labor Day Weekend - Sat. August 31st Haley will be performing at Buffalo Grove Days! Midnight will be the band...and we are thrilled to be backing her right here in good old Chicagoland - close to home!
On the Main stage - most likely between 8:45 and 9:00.
Our friend Jakey's kick-butt blues rock band 'Rumble Tone' will be opening!
Many folks are making the trip from all over the country...we look forward to seeing some smiling faces!

All of us here are praying or are channeling positive thoughts for a speedy recovery and most of all the best out come from the treatment she is receiving.

jjames...life and health are very fragile as we all know, but what the medical field can do now compared to just 30 years ago is somewhat of a miracle. Our thoughts and prayers are with you from Minnesota.

I started my questionnaire, but got sidetracked, follow me on this...got caught up in a pickle, held up in a jamb...whatever. Anyway, I'll email you tomorrow Himm, with all the details. We're arriving on Friday, departing Monday. We will be making a contribution to the "Save Captain Dinkens" fund.
