Katie Clarkson-Hill, 24, went to McAuley Catholic High School and was a waitress and barmaid back home before setting her sights on screen stardom.

As well an actress – who has had roles in Vera, Holby City and Scott & Bailey – Katie sings with the vocal group The Wild Tonics.

Now they have lined up a series of pilot auditions for me in LA at the end of January. So, hopefully 2016 will be a big year for me – and all because of a chewing gum advert!

Haley isn't specifically mentioned but there is an interesting Instragram photo of The Wild Tonics that shows a bit of a resemblance to one of our favorite PMJ trios (note the hashtags).

CHFIL has moved up to #44 on the HAC charts, it's highest position yet. If had 199 spins over the last week, it peak spins for a 7 day period was 226. It's had a bit of a jump over the last 24 hours, perhaps due to FIFF. It's going to be tough to move up any higher though as it's has 99 spins less than #43.
