It should sell there has bin a good turnaround since the 1st of the year, up 10% it would be so cool to party with all the Haliens and the Queen herself. I do hope for that. Cool

Midnight, I don't know if it's the same where you are, but here in CO it's definitely a sellers market! Houses that used to languish for a year or more are now being snapped up within weeks. Good luck to you on your sale!! It's also a good time if you have rentals here, literally the minute they're advertised, you have a line of people with checkbooks in hand- perhaps you could rent and make some cash?

Anyway, back on topic, I have all fingers, toes, eyes and hairs crossed in hopes of a Labor Day get together!! Oh My! it's exciting to think about meeting you all, and of course Miss Haley!!

It looks like a Halien Meet & Greet Party plus Haley Reinhart & the Midnights outdoor concert is definately gonna happen Labor Day Weekend so anybody that is planning to attend should block out that weekend on your calendar. An Event Itinerary will be formulated as the time gets closer but it will at least be on Saturday August 31st, with Sunday and Monday events also likely. If anyone has any special requests for things they'd like to do along Chicago's Lakefront or in the Wheeling Area feel free to suggest it. The Chicago Jazz Festival is in Millenium & Grant Park that weekend. Haley's BGpalooza show will be less expensive (Free I think). The White Sox will be in Boston (viewable on my backyard Jumbotron while playing minigolf) but the Angels are playing up the road in Milwaukee and the Phillies are in Wrigley Field that weekend. 18 holes of real golf are an option in Wheeling.
