RE: S10
There are alot of programs to do it, but you should proceed with caution getting the free ones. I used to download 'free' software from Cnet because they were pretty good about vetting the software they post for viruses.
But it seems nowadays, it's not as simple as just downloading something like Youtube downloader. My virus protection doesn't seem to like it, and they often try tricking you into downloading things like task bars and browsers... too much worrying about malware to bother, for me
If you use one of these, make sure you read what you are agreeing to. If they are truly free, then there should be an option to opt out of downloading more than what you want.

RE: S10
I also discovered you can set up links to parts of the vids, so if you go to the youtube page of the vids and look in the detail page;
there are 'time' links you can click to send you to that performance in the vid
It also serves as an index of content
example: in the details of Part I video
Like a Star: 0:00
Oh Darling: 04:18
God Bless the Child: 07:04
The Long and Winding Road: 09:52
Baby it's You: 14:28
Fallin': 18:43
Blue: 26:08
I'm Your Baby, Tonight: 41:37
You Really Got a Hold On Me: 54:45
Casey Saved: 1:07:13

Rachel said in the comment section of part 1 - "it's like having a 3 hour Haley movie." How true!!

As Tusk mentioned, with the free programs you never know if any viruses may be involved, so use at your own risk I guess, but I've never had a problem. Thanks yanni, Ill try savefrom.net.

I've been using Flvto Youtube Downloader recently, which I downloaded from CNET. Simple and allows you to download as video or audio-only (mp3) file. Be sure to uncheck any boxes offering extra programs or toolbars included on most of these free program downloads.
