So, less than 24 hours to go! I wonder if SMYM will be available at midnight EST tonight…? And it seems both the video and the song will be available for sale….which is good news since that will be more $$$ for the effort.

I am very curious to see what happens tomorrow… As folks have noted, she does not have a label or major promotional effort underway, other than her own social media outreach. I am sure the song/video link will be picked up and linked in dozens and dozens of news reports, Twitter feeds, etc. but that will be over in a few days. I am not going to guess on sales, but hopefully 5% of her 200K Twitter followers buy it…

My hope is that some big shot (Fallon, Kimmel, Leno, Conan) sees it and wants to have Haley perform it live on their show. It would be a perfect song for “Ellen” as she loves to dance. Or maybe Justin Bieber will like it on Twitter and turn it into this year’s “Call Me Maybe”, which he did for Carly Rae Jepsen.. Anything is possible…

Hopefully her new buddy Mark Ballas could pull some strings to have the song and/or Haley perform on DWTS.

As I said, it will be interesting to see what transpires tomorrow. But whatever happens, it is still GREAT GREAT GREAT to get new “official” music and video from Haley…..

^^^ Mark may not be on DWTS next season, but he'd definitely got connections, though I think he might be busy w/ building his own music career. He's debuting his new single August 3rd, I expect many of his famous friends will be there to help him celebrate. I'm sure that won't stop the Haliens attending from celebrating Haley's SMYM accomplishment

"Free" is still getting 25,000 views per month, so I'd be surprised if SMYM's doesn't at least crack 200,000 views the 1st month, just from the fanbase watching/posting the video on social media, celebrity tweets (other Idols, Mark Ballas etc.,) & at least a little coverage on sites like MJs.
