From a quick perusal of Haley's FB timeline it looks like the picture in the black dress at #HOBNOLA might become her most "liked" entry. It currently has 4,442.

Young Chicago jazz singer Haley Reinhart, an "American Idol" finalist in 2011, has joined the NOJO at a handful of performances around the country. Strikingly attired in a backless black dress of sequins and sheer fabric, she sang lead on several songs. She didn't quite seem to know how to approach "Smells Like Teen Spirit." She fared far better approximating Robert Plant's banshee's wail on "Dazed and Confused" and swinging out on Queen's "Crazy Little Thing Called Love," which, in its original form, already has swing built in. She found room to slip an appealing vocal growl in "We Are the Champions," for which Vappie switched to banjo.

Also, a question for those who were there..how was the crowd's reaction to Haley?

Besides the drunken loud talking during the performances, it was fairly clear many there were there to see Haley...of course most were probably there to see Irvin seeing as it was his home town...

I lucked out because there were several loud drunken talkers/singers around me, fortunately the mic didn't pick them up

Thanks to the Halien’s for the vids, pics and information on the event! I couldn’t wait to watch and read about this event, I really enjoy Haley when she is in the Jazz Zone. I have watched the videos multiple times now and my favorite cannot be determined, I just love them all for different reasons…

Tusk your videos always make me smile and amaze me, it is very kind of you to share all your hard work, dedication and posting your description of the experiences for others to enjoy. Baabs your posts and pics are always uplifting and we feel your joy and excitement (very nice that your son joined you on your adventure and gave up his seat to Tusk). Riley, could not have said it any better. Unfortunately not all of us in a position to travel and see Haley perform for different reasons (time, family, money).
Hopefully once Haley starts to perform in different places we can pay you all back a little.
