It's a comparison Jay uses alot as an upper echelon, stand out moment, when he's talking about Haley going all out, mentioned it to me, the "Kesha praying moment", when he asked me for a clip at the end of Haley's singing CHFIL at Ribfest so he could post it on FB. He also asked me if I had that moment for Haley's performance of Creep at the Troubadour. I haven't really listened to any Kesha, but by the way he used it, you understood the inference
