I'm Casey and I just got signed.

Nobody knows much-for him or Haley.Its seems to be trying times for their fans.But Casey hasn't been one to sit around since he left Idol.I'm sure that he's got something in the works.

I don't know what's coming up for Casey either, but he has kept busy touring a lot this past year. They may have been smallish gigs, but at least he's getting his name out there, and playing music, and getting some recognition. I've seen him 4 times now, and love his shows. He keeps his audiences entertained, and always has some improv going on with his music. Plus he's very approachable with his fans.

Partly why I've always felt Casey and Haley get along so well together is Haley can keep up with him musically, and when put on the spot, she will gladly join in and match whatever scatting or improv crazy singing Casey is doing. I'm not a singer, but I've never been a spontaneous person like that. I want to know in advance what's gonna happen. But, I love watching these two go for it!!

^^^^^^ IA - I think that is part of the reason they get along too. Plus, I think they both admire & appreciate the other's musical talents. I think might even be friends if they weren't in music. They just mesh.

I'd love to see another Casey show--so I hope another tour is in the works at some point. He is a blast live!

Well--this could be Casey news--don't know. He is in NYC today. He said he is going to be doing a random free concert at some unspecified location-ha! That can't be the only reason he went to NYC. Maybe he's booked for some sort of private event. Or, maybe it's something about recording--but he could easily do that in LA. And if he is still with Concord Records--they are based in LA too.

I also thought that maybe he sees some specialists for his UC in New York. He was pretty sick for part of the AI tour and I read that he had to see some doctors when the tour hit NYC

I'm not sure what Casey was doing in NYC. Casey is now in Ethiopia. I think that might be connected to this video he scored about Ethiopian skateboarding campaign. But, it's just a guess. If u haven't seen the short video--it's very interesting. And Casey's score works perfectly with the subject matter. I love how he quietly builds it at the end.
