I wonder if any other idol's fans have a similar relationship with family members like we do. I feel this may be special due to Harry and Patti's musical background.

I think parents of most Idols welcome articulate, friendly, non-whackos to help promote their offspring...it's just that the Reinharts go one step further than most with a heart-felt embracing nature. I also became good friends with the parents of Season 5 Idol semi-finalist Leslie Hunt. Just wish I had the weekly contact with Haley that I have with Leslie.

I don't think the Reinhart's observe things here as often as you may think. Thanks Tusk for providing so much fuel for our passion.
